In a context of scarce ressources there is a responsibility to build properly the capacities of the future research staff, and this cannot happen without proper mentorship and supervision.  An efficient mentorship requires not only an engagement of parties, an adequate share of responsibilities, but also tools allowing to monitor progresses and solves issues and conflicts. This module aims to provide a methodology and tools both to trainees and to supervisors for a proper collaboration between them.
